Pink Pyrex and avocado salad

Sorry to my fellow followers that I have not posted anything in the past few weeks. My computer was in the shop and now it is safely home with me and trying to get back in the routine of things. I did make a fun dish this week with Pyrex. Avocado salad yummy!!! I am trying to get in shape for the summertime And trying to eat healthy and I made avocado salad in my pink Pyrex bowl! It was delicious. I will be updating my blog over the weekend. Till then happy hunting!
